She is member of IAP and PPG group, Mumbai. she specializes in teachers training course in Yoga, from Yoga Institute, Santacruz. Dr Rachana G Rai is a Certified Mckenzie Therapist. She has done Mulligan workshop by Dr Deepak Kumar of Capri Institute and NDT and SI workshop by Jeena. She Attended Theraband Workshop By Dr Aarti Prasad. She is a Certified Dry Needling Practitioner and Certified Kinesiology taping Practitioner.
